With the widespread use of solenoid valves, the demand for solenoid valve production in the industry is increasing. There is also growing emphasis on the choice of materials for solenoid valve bodies. In the choice of many factors, we will pay more attention to the corrosion resistance of the valve body material. Because in solenoid valves, the problem of corrosion protection is very complicated. Under the influence of some acidity, temperature and humidity, the solenoid valve body is easily corroded. Not only the attribute of the material, we also consider a series of problems such as price, market, supply, etc., so the choice of valve body in the solenoid valve industry is a very problematic question.

Solid material is carried into the valve, causing the solenoid valve to not close properly. Most types of solenoid valves are not allowed to have any particulate matter brought into the valve, even small particles. Once there was a customer who sent a DN100 water valve back to the factory and asked him to repair it. After we opened the valve, we found a small iron filing on the diaphragm. Remove it, re-clean the valve body and accessories, and re-test, the valve will work properly.
In many cases, the outer surface of the valve is also subject to atmospheric corrosion. Generally, steel materials are protected by brushing. At the same time, in the anti-corrosion of the valve body, lining measures are often taken, such as lining lead, lining aluminum, lining engineering plastics, lining natural rubber and various synthetic rubbers. Thirdly, when the pressure and temperature are not high, the non-metal valve body material is often very effective in preventing corrosion.
There are two forms of corrosion of the solenoid valve body, namely chemical corrosion and electrochemical corrosion. Its corrosion rate is determined by the temperature, pressure, chemical properties of the medium and the corrosion resistance of the valve body material. Therefore, in terms of material selection, solenoid valve manufacturers must consider a lot of factors.
The voltage is not enough, causing the solenoid valve to not open properly. Especially for DC24V DC12V AC24V and other relatively low voltages, it must be ensured that the voltage fluctuation range is within plus or minus 10%. If the power supply voltage is lower than 10% of the rated voltage, it may cause the solenoid valve to not open normally.
